My son required surgery on his hand following a sports injury. Dr. Jones was thorough, knowledgeable and had wonderful bedside manner. We followed up with him and his PA, Frank, and both were wonderful every step of the way. We would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Listens, annswers all questions and plainly explains treatment plan.

I was able to see Dr. Jones for a broken bone in my wrist. He gave excellent advice and did not rust towards surgery. It turns out that my scaphoid bone was able to heal on its own and did not need surgical intervention. Dr. Jones is caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. I highly recommend him for orthopedic injuries.

Dr Jones and his excellent staff provide exceptional service. Dr Jones made me feel very well cared for and explained everything so that l understood what he was going to do and what to expect. His treatment and my recovery was remarkable! Thank you Dr Jones.

I’ve known Dr. Jones for years and recently had surgery with him myself. He is very knowledgeable and does great work! I would send any of my family and friends to him.

Dr Jones is a excellent Doctor and surgeon. Having surgery recently on my wrist and hands was surprisingly pain free to regain the use of both fingers and hand. His office is easy to work with and all his medical people are friendly and caring. I would recommend Dr Jones without hesitation.

Spent time with me and examined by hand and arm to check for nerve damage. Was not in a hurry.

Absent, indifferent & uncaring! Horrible experience, stay away! Daughter fractured wrist & was advised to f/u w/Dr. Jones due to potential surgery as UB/MD ER doctor was unable to set bone in proper place. NEVER saw Dr. Jones, only PA, Frank, who said it looked good & ER doctor was "just being a perfectionist". Called office several times w/questions & to confirm Dr. had reviewed x-rays as hers did not compare in any way to a normal wrist x-ray. Office staff & PA did not offer complete explanations & were disrespectful that I was questioning the PA's diagnosis. I NEVER heard from Dr. Jones or was told that he reviewed & agreed w/treatment plan. I went for a 2nd opinion who advised that the radial head was out of place & tilted backwards 25 degrees. New MD recommended surgery as daughter is young & bones heal quickly. He had to "un-stick" the bone as healing had begun as it was 3 weeks since injury. Wasted time & extra pain suffered because of Dr. Jones & his office's indifference.

Dr Jones is very knowledgeable and left me confident I was in good hands. Some post surgery questions were fielded by his staff but ultimately responded to by him personally.

Dr Jones is Amazing in every way! He spent so much time explaining my injury and what needed to be done. He is kind, understanding, patient, and a great Surgeon.

Dr. Jones is excellent. At this appointment, he took the time to understand the issues I was still having with my hand after the fracture to a finger. He then took steps to help the situation. I highly recommend Dr. Jones for any hand injuries.

Recently my son with Autism needed to have a Ganglion Cyst removed and Dr Jones was AWESOME with my son from start to finish , Dr Jones took his time with my son which helped not only my son but for myself as well Dr Jones explained everything clearly which helped with the recovery and EVERYTHING went so smoothly. Dr. Jones operated on my hand to remove a lump; he has a great bedside manner and did an excellent job with the surgery. I couldn't have asked for better care. The office staff is very nice but not that great at providing pre-op instructions. Their clerical skills could use some work.

I gave Dr. Jones a 5 star rating because he took the time to listen to all my concerns. He made me feel that what I thought was important. He was very informative. He took the time to explain all that I could expect. My surgical procedure went very well and I healed quickly without any complications. After surgery he came to recovery to talk with me. I called the office with a minor question about changing my bandage and he took the time to call me himself. He also took my stitches out himself.
