I went in for a standard sun spot removal via freezing. When it was happening, I recall him spraying liquid nitrogen on my shins (which has thin skin) and he applied this numerous times. I formed several extremely thick scabs on my calves and shins that kept falling off because it was so heavy. They ended up scarring and looking worse than the actual sunspots. I complained about this to him and his facility, Bend Dermatology. They would give me some tretinoin or retinol, but that's it. He dragged me on for two years pretending to care. Any outreach to him would take weeks for him to respond. Finally, he referred me to a dermatologist in Portland. After scarring my legs and leading me on for two years, his final act was to send me to a doctor 150 miles away to get rid of me. He's a terrible dermatologist and is completely unaccountable for poor results with his clients.
