Excellent personal skills
Dr. Olsen takes time to listen to your concern, explains your diagnosis and has a warm personality. My first visit with him I was very impressed. When I have my shoulder replacement surgery it will most certainly be with him. For now it is rehab. Dr. Olsen was very thorough in explaining my options fully, and the benefits and limitations involving the surgery as I am a very active 61 year old.

Dr Olsen saw me for shoulder pain in March 2018 and May 2018. He has great patient care skills. You feel like he wants to understand what is happening and help you feel better. When I saw him for a follow up I explained that the pain was also in my chest. He urged me to contact my Primary Dr and that lead to an appt with a Cardiologist. It turned out I actually at heart issues and not shoulder pain. I am so grateful that he put me on the right course to get the treatment I needed.
