I am never kept waiting long for my appointment. Dr. Renkin is polite, kind and he listens. He doesn't come in with preconceived ideas of what your issues are and what he will do for you. I have referred someone whom has seen him and been very pleased.

I've had MS for over 30 years so I've had a lot of neurologists over the years. Dr. Renkin is the best I've ever had. Great bedside manners, explains things very well. After years of his having a private practice, he (they) joined the Centura system which handles all the business end of the practice. The doctors had some 'frustrations' over that change. I certainly wouldn't downgrade him over things such as... oh, hiring/firing and such when it's TOTALLY out of his hands. They did have 1 or 2 'not so great' people at the front desk but I assure you they have been purged from their office!

Unfortunately Dr. Renkin suffers such a poor review due to no cause of his own other than hiring and employing such a rude, impatient, and unhelpful receptionist. I believe her name was Julie, but not 100%. Didn't even book an appointment due to her making me feel like a complete nuisance for asking 2-3 basic questions and her clear desire to hang up as quickly as possible. Sad, but not a chance I will spend the next many years of treatment having my first point of contact being someone so rude

I Think That Doctor Is Okay At What He Does U Have Had And Still Have Migraine Headache's From All To Crazy And He Keeps Giving Me Medications That Do Not Help My Migraine Headache's At All.

Dr. Renkin is the best of the best. He doesn't let a patient down. He is honest and caring about every one of his patients and does everything he can for each of them. You will never know that he has other patients since he treats each patient as if they are the only one that matters which makes him trustworthy.
