Awesome!
Dr Scharf is absolutely amazing! Very caring and knowledgeable. I've been going to different doctor's for YEARS regarding the issue I've been having with my ear, and every single doctor made me feel like I'm crazy and kept telling me 'it's fine. There's nothing there'. In a single visit with Dr Scharf, he figured out the issue and I am seeing him in a week to finally have it resolved! I am excited, relieved and grateful beyond words.

Arrogant, non empathetic, terrible patient communication skills. You are made to feel like you are bothering him. He needs to understand that when a patient seeks his advice and care, the patient is paramount. Even after seeing him and explaining my past history of hospitalization for the problem (acute otitis externa), he and the primary still treated the issue as normal. I still ended up in the ER and hospital. He needs to understand that he is no better than his patients.

I had my septoplasty done at Lakenau with Dr. Scharf. He is a wonderful doctor who explains everything to you from beginning to end. What I was concerned about is after the procedure that nobody contacted you to do any follow up to see how you were doing. Otherwise everything was great.
