Couldn’t Be Better
I’ve been seeing Dr. Wilson since 2019. He is extremely kind, is always happy to explain things in detail, and he seems like he truly enjoys his profession and enjoys the “puzzle” that each client gives him to solve. He has always made me feel comfortable. I can’t imagine a better doctor to see for my mental health issues and will continue to see him as a provider until he retires or relocates.

Phenomenal Psychiatrist!
I've been seeing Dr. Wilson for at least 3 years now and I could not speak more highly of a PHYSICIAN in addition to his practice as a Psychiatrist! He is extremely knowledgeable. He shows empathy and really listens to the patient before he makes a decision. He involves the patient in the treatment plan. He treats each patient as a human being and looks for realistic interventions that you can actually do. I can not speak highly enough about his care!

Glad I Found Him
Dr. Wilson has been my psychiatrist for around 2 years now, prior psychs.. I never had much luck with. Dr. Wilson is very knowledgeable about medications, but he also listens to you and remembers to what you say, even if it has been 2 months. I trust him, which is mentally comforting. My whole adult life, I've always researched my meds and I've always been interested, but mostly passionate about mental health. I always feel like I can ask him questions about my medications and sometimes learn something new. He has a very accepting presence, and he just gets it. I met him in person for the first time today, and it was probably the highlight of my day, being able to talk in person. It's very frustrating and difficult trying to find the right doctor, especially for psych things. I am grateful for having him. 5 stars all day.

Great doctor, terrible scheduling team.
My teenager has been seeing Dr. Wilson for about 4 years. He’s very professional, explains things thoroughly, very informative, treats my teen respectfully, and genuinely shows he cares about his patients. Once Covid hit, they were no longer offering in office appointments. That would’ve been fine, but we’ve had 5-6 appointments that were a no call, on his end. When I called the office, sometimes he wasn’t in that day, or was out sick, etc. It’s very frustrating to have that much unreliability, seeing as they won’t always fill my teen’s meds if it had been more than 3 months since the last appointment. The phone hours are terrible. They’re only answering calls between 9a-3p, with an hour break for lunch. When I call for anything, it’s atleast a 20 minute hold. As much as we love Dr. Wilson, it’s gotten to the point over the last 1.5 years, that I’m done. We’re looking for another psych to treat my child. It’s really a shame, he’s such a great doctor, and we love him.

Before Covid, I saw Dr. Wilson in the office. Now our visits are telemed. I searched awhile before choosing Dr. Wilson. My siblings and I all suffer from depression. I have seen several psychiatrists for treatment since 1974 and I will need one one for the rest of my life to manage my mediations. Finding a psychiatrist is difficult. Finding one that listens can be even harder. I am glad I chose Dr. Wilson. He is a good listener. He has given me good advice. He is smart, articulate, instructive, interested, personable and caring. I am very pleased I found him. I feel confident that he will manage my depression as I age.

My mom has Lewy Body Dementia and refuses to leave the house. Dr. Wilson brought the appointment to her and did a zoom meeting with us. He spent close to an hour with me, my brother, my mom's home heath care giver, and my mom. Time like that is when your with a counselor not with a psychologist. My mom repeats herself over and over. Dr. Wilson answered her questions like they were the first time she asked and no the 10th time.

He prescribed me the wrong medication several times including multiple medications that I had a reaction to. When I was in crisis due to these medication reactions which were severe enough I almost went to the hospital multiple times, no one responded. No on answered the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes then disconnected. THE OFFICE STAFF IS THE WORST. They turn the phones on but won’t answer them. My 4 emails went unanswered. When they finally returned one of my calls they got the information all wrong but Dr. Wilson refused to talk to me and gave all directions thru his receptionist who screwed everything up. DR. WILSON IS NOT COMPETENT AND HIS STAFF IS LAZY AND RUDE. I almost died as a result of their incompetence and suffered for a month from a severe medication reaction causing me to have to take off work. Dr. Wilson refused to help me. I diagnosed myself twice w a simple google search. He didn’t know hat was going on. I diagnosed myself w a google search!!!!

I have seen many different psychiatrists, but none of them have ever listened and respected me like Dr. Wilson. He finally diagnosed me with the correct diagnoses and has worked tirelessly to get my medicines to the correct dosages. It feels as though he truly cares for his patients. He has changed my life for the better.

Love this Dr. He listens intently and helps patients obtain their goals. Only downside is it took 6 months and several rescheduled appointments to get in to him for the first time.

Dr Wilson is a new psychiatrist (1yr) and needs a little more experience. He accidentally prescribed a medicine and one month later increases the dose from 25 mg all the way up to 200mg. Nearly killed my 70 yr old mother. He is extremely nice just very “green” still. Everyone makes mistakes but that was quite a serious one!
