Extremely thorough, friendly
Dr. Yamamoto took his time to explain condition, reviewed prescriptions and tests, explained what he thought was needed.

I had a horrible experience with him. He was rude and short with me. Didn’t explain my treatment to me.

Zero. Extremely arrogant. Would not answer questions at all and talked over me so I could not even ask questions. And he was caught in three different lies so is not trustworthy. (He told other doctors I had failed an exercise stress test when he had never administered one; said he had called my home to discuss an upcoming hospital procedure when my caller i.d. showed he had never called; said another of my doctors told him that I had no urgent need for surgery in a different specialty when that doctor had not; said he had sent results of my previous exam with him to my primary care doctor when he had not.) This was the worst experience I have ever had with a physician (and in fact the only bad experience I have had with a physician in six decades.)

Condescending, arrogant attitude. If Dr. Yamamoto doesn't understand your condition, you must be making it up even if you have verifiable tests from hospitals and documented diagnoses like blood clots and abnormal EKGs. Then, he tries to poison other doctors against you. Very disappointed. Not sure why he is a doctor if not to help and heal people.
