Dr. Josiane Lederman, MD

Horrible -- First visit Dr. Lederman wasn't there; saw her assistant Lena, had to search the internet for what i was describing????? Second time, Dr. Lederman briefly took a look and left. Didn't really paid attention to my situation!

You never see Lederman. She has 3 PA's that see you. They don't spend more than 5 minutes with you. Had a procedure done and wasn't happy with the results. On the follow up visit. PA didagreed with me and end of story. Other attendants in your treatment are not medical people. Impossible to get through to anyone on the ohone or by text messaging.

I was there yesterday for the first time,The secretary was very sweet,but the doctor or pa,was very rude and abrupt with me,I also have a condition that you cant get from touching someone,when her partner came in the room ,she leaned in to look at my hand,the other one slapped her hand and said she has such and such,dont touch her,wow,I was blown away and very hurt,very unprofessional,and then they spoke there language in front of me,another unprofessional thing to do in front of a patient after that incident especially,I aked her some questions about my type of psorias that I had ,she said its just psorias,rude,but I found out myself,becuase I knew it started with a p,I have another appt,but I am not going back there,rude,very unprofesional,stuck up,I wa very upset when I left that I was crying,Terribe,I would never recommend this place to anyone ,ever

Outstanding for everything

Horrible bedside manner! Tried to talk to her about the “new” solution she was using on me. I was told it was something else when I made the appointment. I asked her to focus on an area that I needed to be done, and she just stared at me and did what she wanted. Squirted most of the solution I PAID FOR all over me as I laid on my stomach so she thought I wouldn’t see nor feel?! Really! I’m SOOO ANGRY. So much more to complain about but can’t fit it here. Don’t Do it..find someone who will listen

After waiting outside of office for a hour and fifteen minutes to go inside to wait another twenty minutes before being seen. She spent all of 3 minutes examining me. Spent most time trying to sell her products and comparing product on line. As I was leaving there was a gentleman in the next office. He was in the waiting room before me unfortunate for him I was seen before and some of the patients getting cosmetic treatment as well were seen before him.

I made an appointment with dr lederman for spots on my face .she reassured me they were benign and sun related and suggested I use a sunblock everyday I was impressed with the doctor professionalism and her thorough examination . She asked me to get undressed , then returned to the room to complete the exam of my entire body . I was lucky nothing was found and was very happy with the care I was given . I would definitely recommend her .

Dr. Lederman is an extremely professional dermatologist. She stayed on top of me and made sure I took care of my melanoma before it could get worse. The service is swift and friendly and the staff is equally accommodating. Would recommend easily.

expect long waits in either the waiting room or the exam room or both. An hour in the exam room sitting with only your underwear a cheap paper gown was too much for my last visit. So I got dressed and walked out. Extremely difficult getting through on the phone and most of the time you don't get a call back. Will not be going back.

The absolute worse doctor I have ever met in my life. She had me waiting in her office for almost 2 hours and when I was finally seen she didn't even examine me she just diagnosed me... I questioned how can she be so sure and she said she thinks it was what she said! Thinks??? Are we serious I walked right out of this office! Terrible

Receptionist RUDE- didn't smile or seem like she wanted to even be there!! Waiting Time ridiculously long! I waited over an hour while there was only a couple people in the waiting room (while the people who came in for botox were immediately rushed in on the spot before anyone else) and watched the entire staff (doctors, receptionists, med. assistants, and PA's) chat up and gossip while eating instead of assisting their patients. I was baffled at the lack of concern and attention to their patie

Wait time is well over 2 hours. They only call you inside if you are paying cash for cosmetic procedures. Completely unapologetic. Staff sits and eats while patients are packed in the waiting room. I don't know how or why this is acceptable. Worst ever. Avoid at all costs.

You never get to see the doctor herself. Only get to see the PA. Her staff at the front desk is the worst I have ever seen. When you call the don't even answer the phone they just put you on hold until you hang up.

The worst Dr in the world. Extremely rude. Doesn't who what she is doing, very ride staff, make you wait forever she over books, Avoid this Dr. at all costs, she a loser
