She was warm, personable and knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time examining me, and answered all my questions. Instructions given clearly.

She listens, knows her stuff and incredibly caring. She is the BEST!

Unfortunately she didn’t listen to my actual symptoms or quality of daily life. The portion of the appointment with the actual doctor was rushed and she seemed to have formed an opinion before actually speaking with me or examining me. I had high hopes that they would be able to help and it was disappointing.

Dr. Demarcaida was professional, caring, very thorough in her questioning and exams. She speaks in layman’s language and answers every question.

Dr DeMarcaida is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She always listens thoughtfully and is never rushed. She has worked with us with medications and always discusses pros and cons, and changes meds when side effects or cost were an issue. She recently helped our children understand a difficult diagnosis with a family meeting, and is facilitating their testing for this diagnosis. Her nurse practitioner, Kellie Ford and other staff are also wonderful.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care that I have received from Dr. DeMarcaida. I have found her to be a personable, compassionate physician dedicated to providing the highest level of care to her patients.

I had to wait several months for an appointment and then the office canceled on me because the doctor was going on vacation. She was very thorough in her exam, but I had many medication mixups, difficulties with communication, and feels like really never had the time to figure out who I was, helping with medical issues.

Dr. Demarcaida has always been compassionate and I appreciated that. Today however we arrived at 3:30 and as of 5:20 had not been seen. Very poor protocol. the APRN and the tech told us on 5 occasions 5 more minutes. To say i am livid is an understatement. Took 3 hrs off today to get my mother cleaned up & on time...only to be ignored for 2 hrs. The people we saw were patronizing and very unfamiliar with the disease state. Bottom line....lost all respect...will not go back

Wonderful staff and office. I have seen Dr Demarcaida for years and she is always willing to listen to my questions and help in anyway. She explains my illness very well and fits me in when I am in pain. I am so appreciative of her staff too.

As I type this I'm with a patient who is waiting to be seen by Dr. Demarcaida. The appointment was scheduled for 9:00am and we've been in a room since then. The time is now 10:39am and we've yet to see the doctor. I've spoken to multiple office staff and still nothing.

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's 3 years ago, there is a 6 month wait to get an appointment with Dr. Demarcaida so we end up seeing the APR Missy. I can not say enough great things about Missy, she takes the time to listen to our concerns and will speak to my mother not about my mother. As for the office staff, they need to get trained on how to deal with patients, we have waited for an hour in the waiting room because they simply forgot about us.

My husband was treated by Dr Demarcaida. She was the only one who could calm my husband's concerns. She was always patient, and kind when my husband panicked. She's spends quality time with her patients, addressing all of their concerns. She also would answer phone calls at all hours. She was my husband's (and my) lifeline for several years. I can't say enough good things about her.

It was very difficult and frustrating to get an initial appointment. They will not see a new patient without a referral from your physician even if your health plan doesn't require it. I had to have my PCP fax in 2 because they lost the 1st one and didn't care about finding it. They had difficulty locating the 2nd one. When they finally located the 2nd referral it was over a month out to get an appt. Once in there Dr. Demarcaida is fantastic. My RLS has been totally relieved. I am in Heaven.
