Saved my life
Dr. Endo I believe saved me from advanced pancreatic cancer. I called in feeling nauseous for the past 3 weeks. She sent me for a CT scan, which I thought was a waste. My pancreas wasn’t working. After having surgery they found 2 cm of cancer. I thank her often for saving my life. She is a great doctor.

Straight downhill
We've been a patient of West Lynn Family Health for the last 5 years. Ever since Dr. Endo has taken the practice over, everything has gone downhill. The time available to be seen, the front office report, and the quality of overall service. Trying to get an appointment there when you're actually sick is next to impossible and they simply refer you to see an urgent care facilitator. I even asked if I don't need to be seen in the next week or two, or even further out, when can I schedule an appointment? The answer, we're really short-staffed, you need to go to an urgent care. Not to mention how rude the lady was who called me about it. Made me feel like I wasn't even a patient, just some random person looking for a dr. First, we had to move our kids to find better care, and now both my wife and I decided to look elsewhere. It's sad.

Dr. Endo has taken great care of my mom for many years. When my mom started to complain about feeling sick, Dr. Endo's office picked up my call immediately and let me schedule for my mom. As the years have passed, Dr. Endo has taken the initiative more and more to reach out and call her to check on her and to suggest coming in whenever there is a sign of a problem. I really cannot think of a better physician than Dr. Endo. She goes beyond medical care and this lets my mom know that she is cared for and in good hands. I can't say how nice it is to have complete trust in a family member's PCP and to know that a loved one is always in good hands.
