Personable, informed, and a good listener

I don't know how anyone could leave a 1 star. Got a same day appt and 2 weeks later got a next day. Doctor and staff are all you could want in primary care.

Dr. Justin and her team are terrific-- very efficient in getting you into the office when needed and skilled, comforting, and on-time when you get there!

These 1-star reviews don't line up with my experience. She has always been professional and friendly. I've been seeing Dr Justin since 2013 and never ever had a bad experience with her or the staff.

Excellent Dr Justin has always treated me and my wife with compassion and respect. She is very competent and proactive. We have recommended her to several other friends and they are all equally pleased.

Disappointing. Did not spend time, did not seem to know what to do. Seemed upset that I was 3 minutes late for the appointment. (I then spent another 10 minutes waiting to check in as staff was working on other things)

Dr. Justin is an excellent Doctor. She is very thorough and does every part of a history and physical. She is kind and caring. She follows up with me on my labs and exams. She also returns my phone calls. Also when she sends me to referral she follows up with me and the Doctor. I went to other Doctors who don’t do a complete physical exam and doesn’t even send me to do Labs. That is the point of a physical. The staff is excellent and I can make appointment as soon as possible.

Dr. Justin has really taken time to help me and my family out, she is very thorough. I would highly recommend her.

I'm surprised to see negative reviews. I have seen Dr. Justin for the last 3-4 years since my prior physician retired. I have been impressed by her demeanor and the amount of time she spends. She is knowledgeable, professional and personable, and does a remarkable job of remembering specifics from year to year. I am a 50+ female and lead a fairly healthy, active lifestyle. I exercise regularly, but am forever fighting those few/several extra pounds. She is encouraging and nonjudgmental.

The most amazing thing about Dr. Justin is how she ever got a medical license. Or maybe it's: how she retains it. One of the worst doctors I have ever been a patient of.

I would not recommend Dr. Joyce Justin. If she takes a dislike to you for whatever reason, she is unkind and mean. A doctor should not indicate whether she likes you or not. She was very mean to me and I changed doctors. I won't put up with a doctor's vengeance and sour moods.
