Two visits. One for a consultation, the other for an endoscopy. Both were five star reviews for Dr. Blum Guzman. He asked questions, we discussed alternatives, and then decided that an endoscopy was the best option. The procedure went off without a hitch. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Screening Colonoscopy
I went to see Dr. Guzman for the screening colonoscopy visit. He took the time to explain and has a good demeanor. The checkout staff at office was helpful. The day of colonoscopy was very smooth. The nurses and other staff knew what they were doing.I highly recommend.

Good care
Positive I want to say the personnel is very kind, good customer service , the price was clear without surprises until now , had a fast appointment for the procedure , the doctor was amazing and clear, the information provided was clear , the day of the appointment with the doctor was fast, the day of the endoscopy I have few recommendations, 1) why my appointment is 1.20pm and I got the procedure 4pm? 2) I placed my personal belongings in a bag, after the procedure was in the bed , should stay in the bag , my wallet, glasses, cellphone etc, I was dressed so was not like I need help , is not nice 3) i woke up with pain in one eye, like something poked it , I had pain in the eye all day, I went to buy drops in the fármacy to help

No care whatsoever for others people time
appointment set up for 11:00 am for a colonoscopy and I was call inside to get the procedure done after 4 hours waiting , been the last one leaving the place , doctor booked so many patients at the same time without no respect whatsoever for others people time , and no consideration that the preparation for this test is around 48 hours without food , front desk making lame excuses for doctor been so behind , on a good side i can say that the surgical team make you feel confortable .
