Dr Castillo is hands down the worst Dr I've ever had to deal with and I've had to deal with a pain condition since 2014. If you are put with him as ur PCP. Request to change immediately. He refuses to assist you but can dose you up as much as he wants so if your only looking for meds.. he's the one for you. If I can 1/2 a star that's still to much for him.
