Rude staff
They cancelled an appointment I had made as 3 months prior for follow up to surgery. Barbara called and rudely cancelled my appointment and set a new appointment. 8 MONTHS later! His staff is the worst I have ever encountered in any office in any state! It is unfortunate. He is a good Dr. but nobody wants to deal with that nonsense, nor should they have to.

I’ve only met Dr. Combs twice now. Once in his office and then he scheduled two procedures with me. I normally never ever ever give Eye Doctor five stars just because I set the bar high. But he listen to me. He actually seemed like he cared about me which for most doctors that doesn’t happen to me. But I have no complaints with their staff they were accommodating. I would recommend him to anybody that I know. I have two favorite doctors number one Dr. Charnvitayapong who is my Pulmonary Doctor Who is the best! And then I have Dr. Castro, Juan Combs. The two of them are just super doctors I can’t say enough nice things about them to justify what I want to get across. I would highly recommend them.
