I've been in my prior years to many other pain specialist that treated me with the most painful injections in my lower back, and my knees. Finally I was sent to Dr. Egas. by Dr. Deukmadjian for injections on my lower back to try and relieve some of the pain I was having.I was still paranoid with injections. As Dr. Egas spoke I felt more at ease. He told me not to worry he'll make sure I'll be comfortable and with hope the injections help. I layed face down and he started with small needle pinches that numb the area a bit. and a few minutes later he said we're done. I was so surprised that I didn't feel any pain, just a bit of pressure. If anyone needs a great pain management Doctor. I recommend Dr. Egas and his great staff as one of the very best I had the pleasure of being a patient. Thank you Dr. Egas and staff

Dr. Egas is remarkable!
I went to see Dr. Egas due to being diagnosed with three herniated disc’s in my neck. Once diagnosed I tried everything to relieve my pain. I went to see him to inquire if I was a candidate for an ESI injection in my neck. Once he reviewed my MRI he immediately told me that I would need to see their neurosurgeon Dr. Ahmadian. I will be forever grateful that he did. An injection was too risky and surgery was my only option. I am 4 weeks post op and in physical therapy now. I would highly recommend him if you need a pain management doctor. He definitely cares about his patients!

Nice doc, terrible staff
After calling no less than 5 times, I'm STILL unable to get an answer for what I'll be charged for the shots the doctor wants to do. They told me to call billing, but billing complained to me that they only answer questions after procedures, not before. I left a voicemail for someone who never called me back. They told me to call my insurance, but they just told me my deductible since they can't possibly know what the doctor will charge. I asked the no-insurance rate and the doctor's office still couldn't tell me. I finally cancelled my appointment since they're so incompetent. I also was forced to take a drug test that they sent to an OON lab that will cost me $350. Very unhappy!

Finally, a doctor who listens and cares.
So many physicians "know" what is "wrong with you" and never take the time to include the patient in the healing process. Hence, so many patients do not get better because they do not "feel" heard. Dr. Egas listens. Listens with an open mind and heart. He includes the patient in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment process. When I told him it wasn't "okay" for me to live on pain pills for the rest of my life, he heard me. That's 90% of the healing process... Listening. Now, together, we are building a program to heal the root cause of my pain, not just mask it. Very happy and highly recommend Dr. Egas are two understatements.

Dr Egas was great! He has a wonderful best side manner and was very thorough with his evaluation/treatment plan. He performed my cervical ESI in the office. I had a great experience and I’m getting good relief of my pain! I would highly recommend him!!!

Speechless and completely shocking how it works
Just move here Florida from California, but those treatments in Florida are better off I mean wow I can’t even how am I expressive their technology and treatment and it amazes me!

After waiting 40 minutes to see Dr. Egas, can in the office and after talking with me for about 5 minutes when I questioned him on only treating pain by injections he said that I was beginning to irritate him and he was leaving the room. To which I replied after waiting to speak to him for 40 minutes he could show more courtesy to his prospective patients. What a huge waste of my money and my time. His name should be Dr. EGO.
