Just finished my last post-op about 4 months after the procedure and I have to say I'm very pleased with the result. I'm an Asian 27M who initially was referred for ptosis. Dr. Servat was very kind and patient when it came to discussing treatment options and what the desired outcome would be. I felt listened to and put at ease even though this was my first surgery of any kind. I thought I'd have to travel to a major metropolitan area for an expert surgeon, but after the whole experience, I'm very glad I had my procedure here in Athens with Dr. Servat.

I went to see Dr. Servat for upper eyelid bleph. I work in a doctor’s office that refers to his office. His patients speak highly of him and the results I saw were excellent. At my consultation he explained what I could expect from the procedure really well. I had no pain, minimal bruising and swelling. The improvement in my field of vision was immediate and impressive. I did not realize how much the excess skin was obstructing my vision. Once my scars fade they will be hidden in the fold of my lids and invisible. Highly recommend Dr. Servat.

Dr Servat repaired my tear ducts. Years before another physician cauterized my ducts as a treatment for dry years….. which only caused tears to run down my cheeks. What a relief to have this problem corrected. His office staff and the surgical center were professional and efficient. All things were explained and questions answered. Dr Servat and all staff had excellent bedside manners. Thank you.

Dr. Servat recently did my eyelid surgery and it went extremely well. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, and Dr. servat was amazing. He and Brian, as well as the rest of the staff, put me completely at ease. After surgery, I had absolutely no pain and my healing is advancing rapidly and well. If you are considering eyelid surgery, Dr. Sevat is the best solution.

Dr. Servat is hands down the best eye Surgeon.. My eyelids had been heavy for years and my eyesight was getting worse.. Dr. Servat did my eyelift surgery March 11th.. I was so nervous but the staff made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Servat came in and talked with me before going back and made me feel so comfortable.. Dr. Servat has the best bedside manner and takes his time with you to answer any questions you have and he goes in detail what you should expect after the surgery.. His Staff there at his office also is extremely nice and the Nurses are so sweet and make you feel comfortable.. Dr. Servat did an amazing job and I had no pain at all with very little swelling.. My eyesight went from wearing reading glasses from a level 2.50 down to 1.50.. If I had to do it again, I wouldn't go to anyone else.. I highly recommend Dr. Juan Javier Servat.. Dr. Servat was excellent, kept me informed. Performed surgery with minimal side effects and the overall appearance was great. He was highly recommend by his peers which is the highest form of flattery that one can achieve. If you need his type of services, he is a great choice.

Dr. Jervat and his staff are so helpful and personable. He removed several cysts from my eyes with very little discomfort. I was amazed at how quickly I healed. I highly recommend him. It takes awhile to get an appointment, so schedule as soon as possible.

Dr. Servat met with me prior to the surgery and clearly discussed my case. I had a very thorough understanding of my condition and what to expect from my surgery. I am only one week post op, but at this point my vision has noticeably improved. The recovery has been very easy, pain was practically non-existent. Update: Recovery is not going well for one eye, and their response to my concerns was very disappointing.

Had a great experience with Dr. Servat! I'd had an injury to my eyelid from a bad car accident and iffy suturing job and in their defense they were busy keeping me alive and not worrying about my eyelid. It was causing me a lot of problems. Dr. Servat was super knowledgeable on my first visit, explained what needed to happen, etc. He did the repair and I have an eyelid back that looks like it used to!

Bilateral Ptosis Repair - Dr Servat is a Brilliant surgeon and excellent communicator. I am exceedingly happy with the results of my surgery. Dr Servat and staff are very kind, thorough, and have a high attention to detail. He and his superb staff explained every step of the process. The planning and execution was flawless. I couldn’t be more happy with the results and recovery has been very quick and painless. My entire experience was perfect in every way.

I was referred by my dermatologist to Dr Servat. I live about 60 miles from his nearest office but would choose him and his staff again if needed. He and his staff made me feel comfortable about the skin cancer surgery on my eyelid ( who gets skin cancer on an eyelid? Apparently many people!) Dr Servat took the time to reassure me about what he would do and how I would heal. Surgery was a success and I healed quickly.

Aside from being an excellent surgeon, Dr. Servat has a great personality; easy to talk to. Dr. Servat cares about his work, but he cares about the patient just as much. I thought my eyelid would not be able to be repaired. After surgery, my eyelid is perfect. Supporting Dr. Servat is an equally caring office staff. If you need an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Servat.

Dr. Servat operated on my lower eye lid which was falling away from my face. He is an absolute artist and the surgery was successful. I couldn't be more pleased. He takes time and explains every detail and his appointments are right on time. Thank you Dr, Servat. You made me smile again.

Dr. Juan J.Servat the best plastic surgeon. I recommend him to everyone I know. He repaired my lower eye lid because I had a basal cell carcinoma. He did such a great job, I can’t even tell it was done. He is very professional. He explains the procedure. I was frightened because my grandmother went to her grave because of a basal cell carcinoma I never forgot that. And Dr.Servat help to assure me everything would be ok. Very thorough & caring

Dr. Servat is an honest, gentle, compassionate and skilled occuloplastic surgeon. He has an endearing bedside manner and truly cares about his patients. He took his time with me, answered my questions and made me feel comfortable at all times. His work is excellent and he truly exceeded my expectations. I would unequivocally recommend him to anyone seeking an eye surgeon.

Dr. Javier Servat Did reconstruction surgery on my left eyelid a few months ago. I had squamous cell skin cancer inside my eyelid. He did outstanding work on putting my eyelid back together! I had very little eyelid left after Moh's cancer surgery. No one can tell I had the reconstruction surgery, even my other doctors! He is a fantastic surgeon and nice caring doctor explaining details to all my questions. I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend him and his great staff!

I was seen by Dr. Servat. The office had initially told me that they would be able to handle the procedure on that visit. When I got there I was told that they didn't have time to do it. So they re-scheduled me to come in during my lunch break. The procedure was done but the Dr. did not warn me how I would temporarily loose depth perception due to an eye patch. The drive back to work was surprisingly dangerous. This should not have happened. To top it off they continued to send me bills after I had paid in full. I emailed them showing the payment history but they ignore it. I spoke with an office manager who agreed that the bill was wrong. But they keep sending the bill. I ask them to call me or email back but they don't. They just keep sending the same bill with no explanation. This has been going on for over 2 years now. One issue would be forgivable but coupled with their harassing billing tactics, I caution you to stay away from this office.

I was referred to Dr. Servat for DCR for block tear ducts. The first person I came into contact with is the lovely Lisa. She is so personable, greets everyone with a smile and knows all the words to every song that plays in the waiting room. ?? Dr. Servat and his nurse are friendly, efficient, calm and explain everything so well. I never felt rushed and they were always available to answer any questions I had. With just having the tube taken out yesterday it's a bit early to know if surgery 100% cured my problem but I'm hopeful!
