Worst staff ever. His assistant was very nice. The two horrible women up front were by far the rudest people. Very sarcastic and ugly. DO NOT GO THERE

He is a true true doctor of the highest standards that a doctor could possibly become. He could have retired years ago but loves his patients and his work. Compassionate loving , caring and experienced. The man knows what he is doing. Anyone that knows him loves him, that's why his office is always busy. So for some of the complaints about wait time, it is for sure because he just gave someone extra time because of bad news, consoling someone or just because he will not turn someone away.

The Worst Doctor appointment of my entire life! Went to see Dr. Stern for routine exam. The appt was for 3pm. When I arrived the receptionist informed me he was out of the office and would be running late. She asked me if I wanted to wait and that he should return in approx an hour. I went on walk to pass the time. I returned at 4:30. He was still not there. When he finally arrived at 5:30pm, no one apologized for the delay and his patient rapport was sarcastic and condescending. what a shame!
