Horrible Experience
The doctor did not touch the patient. He stood at the doorway the entire visit. He dismissed the complaints without looking at the patient. He prescribed a medicine guessing that it might help. And he was condescending and rude.

Runs a chaotic practice
He seems knowledgeable but is extremely disorganized and/or has done a poor job picking support staff. Really painful setting up an appointment, no call backs or notifications of changes, sent for blood test but not filed properly by his office. There has to be better out there.

Unable to reach doctor/office staff. No call backs
Impossible to get even the simplest of tasks done. I spent 25 minutes just leaving a message for the doctor and then you don’t get a call back. My father was told he was going in the hospital for one procedure and when he got there the doctor switched up the procedure on him. He ended up getting a different procedure in the hospital and now has to go to the office to get the procedure he thought he was getting in the hospital. It is honestly the worst practice I have encountered in my 59 years. I am in the medical field and my father ended up with this guy because he was hospitalized emergently. I would never recommend this doctor or this practice. There is a reason he has bad reviews.

Good luck hearing from him outside the office
While he seems knowledgeable, he is difficult to get in touch with. Recommended I get a cat scan and, when that didn't reveal anything, two MRIs. I've had one of those two but getting in touch with him to discuss the results is difficult. If I call early in the morning all Westmed does is forward a message to his office which usually takes a long time to return. I don't feel like I should have to chase my doctor for information about my health.

Awesome Dr.
Dr. Judd Boczko, was very attentive and showed much compassion to my condition. He interpreted the laboratory results to me in great detail. He demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and recommending Surgery in the removal of my Kidney Stone via Laser. He prescribed to me medications to mitigate the pain and provided explanation of all medicines. I also must praise his Staff for demonstrating affection and patience towards m, due to my hearing disability.

Worst visit for my husband that I have ever experienced in all the times I have been bringing him to doctors for his care. He has dementia and has significant urological issue. I would not recommend Dr. Boczko. He did nothing for my husband, and did not even put his hands on him. He was asked to call a family member to discuss care and he said I have no time for that. Can you imagine the lack of sensitivity! Disgusting. Go elsewhere.

All this nonsense about him not being "warm and fuzzy" is ridiculous. I don't need my Dr. to be warm and fuzzy. I want him to know his stuff. He helped me through a very difficult time and I will be his patient forever.

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Boczko if you're looking for a good urologist. He has poor bedside manner and does not take the time to explain things or listen to questions.

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and saw Dr.Boczko. he spent a good amount of time with me answering questions and did not push any specific treatment option such as surgery which is his specialty. I came away with alot more understanding of my disease and my options. In the end, I chose surgery and he performed a robotic prostatectomy that I am recovering from just as he explained I would

After waiting 45 minutes in a room for him to come out of his office which is literally the next room over, I informed him of my problem and he looked at me like I was crazy for for even considering a condition that's symptoms replicated mine. He told me he has never heard of the condition. He then proceeded to tell me "everything looks fine to him" despite me telling him about the immense pain I've been struggling with for months. He literally said "I don't know what it is. I can't help you."

Even though there is a long wait and he can seem uninterested if you ask questions and show interest then he will spend time thoroughly explaining all you would like to know. He showed me my ct scans and described in great detail what he was seeing, and why he was not currently concerned. Left his office feeling very comfortable with him, diagnosis and what follow up should be.
