Poor service
I had an appointment to see Dr Jude.When it was my turn i was called in by the nurse to take my vitals.In the middle of taking my vitals,Dr Jude came in and stop the nurse and questioned her why she was attending to me and must stop immediately.I wentback to the reception to seat.The nurse and i were both surprised that he ordered her to stop attending to me.After seating for a while,i noticed that patients that came after were been treated.So i went to ask the nurse what was going on considering i had an appointment.She was lost for words.Just as i was listening to the nurse,Dr Jude came and said if don’t like it I can leave.I walked out of the clinic and headed to my car.Just as was about entering my car,he walked to me saying I should come back in.He then said I don’t want to start talking which I didn’t understand what he meant.Even the nurse was surprised at the way the Dr Jude behaved.I have refused to go back there.

My 12 year old daughter was diagnosed with COVID and developed symptoms such as stomach pain and diarrhea which required her to be seen by her PCP. Dr. Okugbeni refused to see my daughter because she had a positive COVID diagnosis from CHOA. I am reporting Dr. Okubeni to CHOA and the board of health as refusing to provide patient care for my daughter. I am very very upset and disappointed that Dr. Okugbeni would refuse to provide urgent care to my 12 year old daughter.

Waited over an hour. Poor bedside manor. Did not send all prescriptions to the pharmacy. 24 hours later, still waiting for the last Rx despite calling the office.
