I gave them 2 stars because she was good in the beginning. She was quite good in the beginning, she listened and showed concern. After a couple of years, I saw changes in her demeanor. She was always in a hurry and consultation felt very rushed. The last one was the worst! She decided that she “could not” see me at the last minute after I already sitting in her consultation room because she had to “attend to a cosmetic laser treatment patient”. I have to drive 45 minutes every time to her clinic since I live in a different town. None of her staff bothered to ask me if it was ok that a nurse would see me instead of Dr. Judy, or reschedule my appointment. I was having a problem that at my age I was heavily bleeding due to the medication that she prescribed. The medication that she prescribed was for hot flashes but instead, it caused me heavy bleeding and it didn't fix the hot flashes at all! Unfortunately, my health is not a priority since it is not generating big money for her!

No patient care; No assistance
Waited for 2 days for a call back from nurse before I called back to the office on a Friday. After the nurse was put on the phone, she said she would send in my prescription that day so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. The office closed at 12 pm & my prescription was never called in!! I still haven’t heard a call or apology since! It has now been a week since then! I had to call Teladoc to get a prescription, & I will have to search for a new GYN!

Terrible experience, office help not helpful at all. Want return your call. I had hormone pellets and haven’t felt like I had anything done. Had been getting them in Birmingham but didn’t want to drive that far anymore. I went back to see what could be done and the girl gave me the run around. So I spent 240.00 for nothing. I would not recommend her to anyone and she definitely needs to train her front desk help. Very disappointed Sheila Vick

Went for a well woman visit. Entire appointment was 15 minutes long. Got charged for a well woman visit appointment $120 and a 45 minute new patient appointment $210. Called the billing person and couldn’t get them to correct it. She said insurance would pay the entire bill. Also Dr Corbett told me that she doesn’t notify you of your Pap smear results. She said no news is good news. I want to be notified of test results. I’ll be looking for a new dr for my next well woman visit.

Baldwin OB/GYN offers a variety of treatment for all ages of women. Dr Corbett openly discusses my health issues with me to provide the best treatment to improve my health and well-being. She treats her patients as friends that deserves an honest explanation of their conditions, and together -the doctor and patient- comes to an agreement that is best for the patient. I would recommend Dr. Corbett to other women over 65.

Dr. Corbitt is very friendly, but makes mistakes. My experience has not been good over the past 5 years. I am now looking for a new doctor ... I can't make any more excuses for this irresponsible care

I found Dr Corbett through a referral from my family Dr. I instantly felt comfortable & cared for the moment I met her in her office & we began discussing my health concerns. Dr Corbett takes time with her patients & gives you that feeling of genuine concern about you as an individual, not just another chart number.

Would not recommend taking my dog to this clinic led alone a human being. Went here March of 2017, with bad abdominal cramping all the time not just during my periods, was hypothetically diagnosed with endometriosis and put on birth control with no testing at all. Pain only had gotten worse. I no longer have the same health insurance as then. It's gotten so worse I go back in and charged 80$ for another visit where I was told nothing, given pain pills and told to wait till June 19 and come back.

I was in her care for most of my pregnancy, but I rarely spoke with her more than a couple of minutes each visit. I'm not sure that she had ever used my name, and she barely acknowledged my partner. This is my first pregnancy. Every visit felt very rushed, and I felt like an inconvenience when I asked any questions. I recently switched providers, and I learned more about myself, pregnancy, what to expect and even our CORRECT due date in 40 minutes than over the last 8 months. We wanted to loveher

I really like Dr. Corbett, however due to improper billing by office staff, I have received bills that should be completely covered by my insurance. Even after having a conversation with billing personnel, I thought I would not have the problem. I was wrong. Very frustrating and makes me rethink my choice in provider.
