Dr. Julia Gomez, MD

I LOVE Dr. Gomez!!! I've followed her to several different locations over the past 15 years. She's thoughtful, succinct, and thorough. She cares about her patients so much that she takes the time to follow-up and communicate via the app. I literally pick my health plans based on whether she's in-network. It'll be a sad day when I have to find a new PCP.

Dr. Gomez is extremely professional, but is also personable. I know when I have to go that she is listening to my concerns and giving me the best care.I would highly recommend Dr. Gomez to anyone needing excellent health care.

Dr. Gomez was incredibly combative to a simple issue I was simply curious to explore my options around. It was difficult to tell if she was joking sometimes as she offered inappropriate alternative opinions. I felt uncomfortable, was cut off repeatedly, and felt like I had to defend myself over and over again. I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Dr. Gomez is excellent! She has been my physician as well as my brother, who has Down's Syndrome, for the past seven years. We have never experienced a doctor with a better bedside manner. She is thorough and very knowledgeable but truly cares. As the former spouse of a family doctor, I have high expectations and she more than exceeded them. I feel truly grateful to have her as my doctor. Her recommendations to other doctors have always been very good as well.

Julia Gomez is an amazing person. She has been my primary care doctor for 10+ years. She has been through serious health issues with me. She has been positive caring but direct. You are in great hands with her.

Went for my yearly physical and she started asking me about birth control and family planning. I explained that my husband and I would like to have a child but not right now (I'm 32) and I was floored that in 2021 I was told "Well you're not getting any younger". I am well aware of birthing timelines and that is a conversation I've had with my OBGYN. I have made the decision to find another primary doctor.

If you want a doctor who cares about helping you, look elsewhere. I found Dr. Gomez based off a recommendation and felt good about it based off these reviews. I had multiple diagnoses and went to Julia for medication management and general care. I was met with distrust and Dr. Gomez refused to believe I had any of the conditions I had been diagnosed with multiple times. Trying to refill prescriptions was like pulling teeth. It is not like she wanted to put me on a different medication or redo my diagnosis, she just dismissed me and was not open to conversation about it. When I tried to bring up that I wanted allergy and thyroid testing done as I have been living with stomach pain and weight issues my entire life, she told me she would not do anything and there was nothing wrong and that I was just anorexic and to live with it. I've never had a doctor that was unwilling to help a patient get better and explore possible issues. I eventually stopped seeing Dr. Gomez as I started to fear t

Dr. Gomez was very thorough, answered all my questions and was great with follow up. Her staff was friendly, professional and thorough, as well. They were also very conscientious about sanitizing, hand washing and cleanliness for the health of their patients and staff. I would refer her to any of my friends.

I went there today for a really badly sprained ankle that everybody, including Dr. Gomez thought was broken. I did not want to go for this because it is not exactly an emergency and I know other patients need care during this horrible time. But, Dr. Gomez and her staff made me feel safe during the office visit. They are all wonderful. An x-ray was ordered and it is just a gnarly looking sprain. Now my mind is at ease, at least. Thanks to Dr. Gomez. I have been a patient for almost a decade, But have not had to go for a visit in a year and I feel blessed. Stay safe, everyone.
