Dr. Julia Ordonez, MD

This woman is all about money. I would never trust a doctor who lectures parents for disagreeing with her and also threatened cps because of refusing shots on my new born baby. Saw many pediatricians in the hospital and not one threatened cps for refusing shots and respected our wishes. Also spent more time at my new born sons appointment talking about my 2 year old than anything. Also never even bothered to tell us something was wrong with my sons new born screening. Our new doctor respects our wishes and was actually shocked she never mentioned his new born screening results. Like I said she cares about the money and not the health of patients. This also isn’t a one time occurrence. My sister in law left her as well because of similar situation.

Outstanding...asks all of the questions to gain insights for a 12yr old girl, is very deliberate in her examination and has professional bedside presence.

Excellent patient care, she reminds me of when Doctor's were really family Doctors. Finally, someone in Malone who cares about her patients not there insurance or money. I highly recommend her to be your child's Doctor. She will stand up against Alice Hyde if her patient needs more advanced care. Thank you

She's a good doctor! Pays attention to detail with what my child says and does! She also saved my girls life when no other doctor would listen! She also makes sure the parent has any questions and spends a good amount of time with both the child n myself! I recomend her 100 percent!

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Ordonez is ignorant and unprofessional. I would not recommend her to anyone with children, as I will never take my own child to her office again. She talks down to her patients and does not understand that she is there to serve. I am not confident in her knowledge as a pediatrician, to say the least, and that will be obvious to anyone else who dares to question her.

Dr Ordonez and staff were extremely helpful! They helped me out with nursing and made sure the baby was eating before we left. We were there for an hour and half and there was no rush to leave and the Dr and staff continued to check on how it was going and offer help. All our questions were answered and there was no pressure to make any decisions one way or another with decisions we needed to make.
