Uncaring and Unconcerned
I saw Dr. Roos at Caromont family medicine. When the staff called to confirm my appointment, the first thing said was “we don’t provide pain meds”, assuming I was there for that alone, when I’d made it clear I wanted an xray & pt. Dr. Roos never looked at my xray, wrote a ref to pt and it took 5 months and 10 phone calls for her office to get the ref sent in for me. I had blood work done as well and she basically shrugged her shoulders, said it looked fine, and left. All appointments were like that. More than 5 minutes of her time is a waste in her eyes. Heaven forbid you have multiple problems. She will only address one at a time. One of the most unprofessional drs I’ve ever had.

Love her!
Dr.Roos has been my primary care for about 4 years. She is a great listener and she gives you what you need. She is also sweet and very smart. I was so surprised when I went to her and she actually gave me what I thought I needed. I thought I had a brain tumor and other doctors gave me excuses and it seemed like they didn’t believe me. I simply told her I thought I had one and I got a referral to have an MRI. She’s the reason I found out why I didn’t feel like myself for so long.

Not compassionate. Its sad when a doctor don’t take the time to get to know their patients before judging them, apparently empathy and compassion isn’t taught in Med School

I will never go see Dr. Roos again. She definitely wasn’t compassionate. I would go to urgent care before I see her again.

In my experience she definitely has something against women on medicaid. She treated my husband ok but she had an issue with me for no reason whatsoever and even threatened me one time- i brought my mother in with me on one visit and she could tell Dr. Roos had a major attitude problem. I tried to switch to a different doctor in the office and they refused to let me and just dismissed me from the practice all together because of it. I'm not a person anyone knows to cause problems or be inpolite or anything, her attitude toward me was completely unjustified. She is extremely unprofessional. Also if you have more then one issue you wish to discuss with her she would only ever allow one issue discussed per visit and with my husbands work schedule and paying for deductibles i think that is an unreasonable way to act. She is rude and very blunt and often acts like your making stuff up and doesn't act like she really wants to help. She is the worst doctor I have ever had the unfortunate

When you call you get transferred to a call center and it takes over 30 mins for a human to answer. The my chart online thing is bogus because they never message you back. The lack of communication with this office is astonishing. Quality care is non existent here. Look elsewhere for a doctor.
