Dr. Julia Simon, MD

She listened to everything well but then proceeded with a very irrelevant response that was rather offensive because she believes she knows best on what to do and patients preferences means nothing to her.

Dr. Simon is incredible. She always took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. She delivered my son and I had a wonderful experience.

Dr. Simon implanted a Paraguard IUD. I called her office to schedule an appointment to remove it. She never appeared on the telehealth appointment. I then called he office resolve her not appearing. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to me and hung up on me. Then Dr. Simon's office manager by the name of Andrea called me to harass and question me about the previous call with the woman answering the phone who was rude. I explained to Andrea that they are not providing me with good customer service as I am a patient of Dr Simons. I just received a certified letter stating that my appointment was canceled. All I wanted was for Dr. Simon to remove the Paraguard IUD that she implanted and now she is refusing. Beware of making any appointments with Dr. Julia Simon. She is a terrible Physician who does not care about her patients or their wellness and allows her staff to not respect her patients.
