Horrible Experience
I had this Doctor assigned to me by Kaiser. After 3 years there was no connuity of care and it almost killed me. For 2 years of this unfortunate assignment , I complained of overwhelming stomach problems. I WAS mansplained that it was probably stress , etc , etc. and was handed off to his intern or fill in associates. Always problematic to get a phone or tele app with him. Turns out I had a worsening bleeding ulcer to the point of collapse and ultimately raptured intestine. Spent 3 stays 29 days last year in the hospital and because this Doctor couldn't be bothered to get me a Specialist consult or had to poo poo non stop stomach pain as possible stress or in my head. CHANGE THIS GUY AS SOON AS KAISER APPOINTS HIM AS YOUR PRIMARY CARE.

It is true that he does not always return emails or phone calls. Disappointing. Makes you feel like you are just a number.

I agree. He is a terrible doctor. Does not return phone calls nor emails. Does not care about his patients. Even the nurses in health services at Point Wedt where they take your blood pressure state he does not update the files in with the medicine you are taking. Something must be done with doctors like this.

Awful. Just awful. I have a life threatening medical condition, and when I have called Kaiser about new or worsening symptoms, I'm assured a phone call back from my PCP. What do I get instead? A call back from his medical assistant. In fact, this has happened multiple times. I guess I'm not important enough to speak directly to my own physician. I did actually get him on the phone once. He couldn't be bothered to read my chart and evaluate my file prior to speaking to me. Instead, he was reading it, interpreting it, and giving me medical recommendations all at the same time. He literally couldn't do 5 minutes of reading prior to speaking with me. Just sloppy nonsense. I'm not putting my life on the line with this guy, and neither should you. Find a better doctor that is willing to make time for YOU.
