Patient for nearly 20 years
She has always taken the time to listen and I mean she hears what you are not fully able to communicate too. She sincerely cares about her patients!! Best doctor I have ever had. I am sad she is leaving and I have to find a new doctor. BUT..I am happy that she is pursuing her professional dreams and passion for medicine and helping patients!!

Terrible patient care
Broken pelvis 4 weeks ago. Went to Urgent Care. XRays showed pelvis broken in two places. A broken pelvis is very painful. Emergency Room doc prescribed a low dose pain med, which I took as sparingly as I could. NEVER SAW OR HEARD FROM DR. GAETA! After 4 weeks the pain meds were almost gone, but the pain was still very bad. Called dr. Gaeta's office FOUR TIMES and requested a call back. NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL! Called the weekend call number who paged Gaeta's office and was told they didn't renew prescriptions on the week-end. They suggested I go to the Emergency Room again. This is not possible because I cannot drive a car in this situation and can hardly walk to the car to go anywhere. Bottom line: Virtually no medical care from Juliana Gaeta. No return calls ever. Zero care from her or her office. I am sure I will get a bill, however. I WOULD NOT LET DR. JULIANA GAETA TAKE CARE OF MY DOG1 AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have never had a doctor that i don't mind going to till now. She's a friend and listens. I love her and her staff dearly .

I've never had a Dr that has so much concern with your health and well-being. She is a wonderful Dr. I would recommend anyone to her. She is very welcoming and super nice, makes you feel very comfortable.

Wonderful, caring individual that listens to you as a person not just another patient. I love the fact that she is part of the neighborhood. I plan on seeing her and recommending her to everyone I know.

Very understanding & listens I've been trying to get answers for months and she has taken time to setup specialist she is a busy Dr, bc she is one of the few good Drs out there, very grateful for her and her team.
