Dr. Bullard was highly recommend by numerous friends who are in the medical field. I found her staff to be caring, friendly and highly trained. My wait time was 10 mins, a breath of fresh. Dr. Bullard's exam was thorough. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns regarding the condition of my eyes. Having an optical department on the premises was very convenient. I will definitely recommend Dr. Bullard.

IMHO. Pathetic that she calls herself a doctor. Amateur hour at this dated office, outdated equipment, with a drive-by doctor.

Not blind to poor doctor – Jun 05, 2021

She looked at my eye when I was referred for a chalazion, said it was not big enough to do anything which I accepted. My primary luckily had given me an anti-biotic ointment because she said it would NOT help. Then she actually tried to do a vision exam when I told her I could hardly see because of the irritation. So she said look at the eye chart and tell me which line you can see. As a result, due to the insurance coding when I went to get my annual vision exam for glasses, I was told I already had used up that benefit and had to wait a year!!!! I was furious as either the office coded wrong or used a code for service and said they actually did a vision test which did NOT occur. Now I have a huge insurance mess to straighten out. I paid $30 co pay for nothing but trouble. By the way, the anti-biotic save did heal the chalazion in 3 days so she was wrong about that also.

Dr Bullard is NOT Board Certified Dr Bullard implanted an IOL lens that was 1.5xs too powerful and was implanted off axis - left m with vision far worse than surgery. There are lots of good eye surgeons p Board Certified - why risk your vision with a surgeon who causes problems that are 100% preventable
