Had Mohs surgery on my nose (4 excisions) along with a skin graft, and it turned out better than I ever imagined it could. Dr. Countess is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to reconstructing after a significant Mohs surgery. Highly recommend her and her entire practice.

There is no better dermatologist in Tennessee. Dr. Countess and her staff are kind, caring, and generous with you time. They are all beautiful ladies and want to make sure that everybody that leaves there looking better than when they arrived. She is always concerned about the health of your skin as well as how you feel about the way that you look. She has found and treated many cancers on my body and knows the importance of eliminating all per-cancers before they become worse. She enters the room with a smile on her face and you leave with one on your too. She and her staff are the best of the best. I love going there even if I know she is going to zap me a few times for my own good.

I've been with Dr. Countess for about 12 years. Love her and her staff. Minimum wait time in waiting room and exam room. Dr. Countess is gentle, thorough, and professional. I have to go every 6 months for skin checks because of skin cancers and I never mind going!

Dr. Countess performed MOHS surgery on my face. She is an excellent surgeon. My scar is barely noticeable. Surgery was scheduled and perform in a timely manner. When I arrived for my surgery her front desk staff was friendly, nurse's were kind and efficient. Dr. Countess was pleasant, answered all of my questions before surgery. I did not feel rushed. Overall excellent experience. I highly recommend Dr. Countess.

Dr Countess performed a skin check on me to check my moles. I had a very concerning one on my back. She was very friendly, and had a wonderful bedside manner. Turns out the mole was a kerotosis and didn't need to be treated. I would highly recommend Dr Countess and herwonderful staff.

Dr. Countess is a well trained, knowledgable, kind and caring person. She is fellowship trained in MOHS surgery. Even though they offer many things for skin care her main focus is preventing skin cancers. The nurses and staff are friendly and well trained as well. I trust her and her staff completely.

Dr. Countess is an excellent and compassionate doctor. She operated on my father's basal cell on his face and we couldn't be happier with her bedside manner. His scar is barely noticeable now!
