Worst in the world
My daughter recently had surgery August 27 2024 from this lady. While going through the process of getting ready for the surgery my daughter hired a nutritionist and informed the quack doctor and was told by her staff to get rid of the nutritionist. This so called doctor keeps blowing her off and repeatedly sending her back to the ER. When my daughter first started having problems after surgery this doctor kept telling my daughter the pain was normal only after my daughter kept insisting that it wasn't did she tell my daughter to go to the ER, for her to find out that her intestine was wrapped around scar tissue. Then there's the issue that she was sent to the ER for and they found she had ulcers. Now she is constantly in pain on her right side and has been back and forth to the ER and being told that it is normal for her to still be in pain because she is impacted in her intestine. I wish this person pretending to be surgeon would just be honest and say that she mess up.

The best!!!
Please, do not focus on these negative comments about Dr. ELLNER. Someone has probably been paid $ to attempt to damage her reputation. Dr. ELLNER did my surgery in 2006!! Trust me… the MOSTTTT caring and loving doctor, a true professional and as a bariatric surgeon….. THE BEST!!!

Such a horrible doctor and experience. Please trust me and look elsewhere for a gastric doctor. Especially if you’re paying out of pocket!!!

Dr. Ellner's reputation as a physician and surgeon are stellar. She is knowledgeable, professional, capable and one of the best human beings I have had the pleasure to know. Dr. Ellner performed the lap band procedure for me several years ago. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, pre-op to date. Thank you Dr. Ellner and your team
