Unbelievably Negligent
Had mole removal due to irritating and concern about the color. Never received the results and called three times asking for results ... not even a call back to say they were still waiting. It's been over three weeks. However, they were very timely with notifying my insurance provider of the appointment as I've already received the statement. I don't usually write reviews but this is very very bad form for a medical professional and others should know.

I had to wait about 40 minutes before seeing the doctor. This doctor is polite, but does not have a good bedside manner. She rushed me through my appointment and made me feel self-conscious about my questions. Furthermore, they took longer than they said to get back to me with the results of a test. I had to call them a few times before I got the results. The office staff acts very apathetic and cold, both on the phone and in person. I wouldn't recommend this doctor.

I am so relieved to have found Dr Iwasaki to access my skin growths. She fully examined me, asking relevant questions and clearly explaining treatment options and her reasoning. When my biopsy results came in her office called me immediately to put my mind at ease. I'm very happy to find a dermatologist that I not only feel comfortable with, but I trust to have my continued good health as her goal.

Excellent Dermatologist, I have been a patient for a few years now. All my treatment has been first rate. She cares and it shows. Office staff is friendly & helpful. I have never waited more then 10 minutes to see her.

I was originally referred to Dr. Julie Iwasaki because my previous dermatologist had retired. My experience and care with Dr. Iwasaki and her office staff was great! Her staff was very friendly and cordial. Dr. Iwasaki was patient and kind. Dr. Iwasaki took the time to answer all my questions and was very thorough with my care and treatment. I have chronic eczema which she was able to treat and am currently eczema-free. I would recommend Dr. Iwasaki to any of my family and friends!

The experience was very poor the Doctor Iwasaki rushed and didnt look,she is no friendly. People in the from desk was very rude,I no recommend this office.
