We went to the emergency room on 9/1/17 because my son broke his hand and it was very noticeable. He spent 10 min in the waiting room and 30 min in the room. After 40 mins and seeing 4 nurses standing around at the nurses station I asked them if they could help and they said couldn't do anything and we had to wait on the doctor. There was only one doctor and she came in the room 2 mins and left. We decided to leave and went to St Francis's hospital. We then get a bill. This is outrageous.

Dr. Kiley was very helpful during my ER stay. She explained what my condition was, showed real concern and pointed me in the right direction for follow up. She went over the new medications and explained my lab results. She is a very pleasant person.
