Dr. Moore's staff was EXTREMELY unprofessional and harassing when I tried to make an appointment for my 93-year-old father. He is a long standing patient of Dr. Moore and so WAS I. After the today no more. First they wouldn't make an appointment without paying an outstanding balance, which I paid. The staff was very rude about this outstanding payment. Even after that the staff person was rude in dealing with me. She was insistent about getting updated insurance information BEFORE the appointment. I explained that he has always had the same insurance supplemental in addition to Medicare for the elderly. She was harassing to me and all I was trying to do is get my elderly father in for an uncomfortable skin condition. I guess that how Dr. Moore treats long standing clients. DR. MOORE IS NOT OUR DOCTOR ANY MORE !!!!

I had a particularly difficult dermatological condition and Dr. Moore was steadfast in determining the cause as well as the most effective treatment., She was extremely patient with me, explaining all and answering all my questions, In my opinion, a most thorough and knowledgable, highly skilled dermatologist. For tough cases, I recommend her highly. If needed again, definitely my first choice.
