Very fine. An informative and caring Dr. Felt like I could trust her judgement and that the treatment she recommended would work

I saw her to r/o an autoimmune disease rec'd a call from med asst stating all tests were normal but Dr Norley left a referral for rheumatologist. When I asked med asst to speak to her about referral when all my tests were normal, she said "oh she doesnt do that", and she refused to call me about my question. She said I would have to make another appt if I had a question about referral. This practice has rude staff and providers refuse to update patients, forcing extra office visits to bill ins.

Worst experience ever with a medical provider. Front office staff are incompetent and rude. Doctor's and PA's are incapable of completing a simple request to write a script for an autistic child's therapy services. After two appts, & a written example to follow, the script was still not correct. To correct the script they wanted us to make a 3rd apptmnt & pay a 3rd office visit fee. In effect paying $450 for a script that would take less than 5 min to write. Seems unethical.

Dr. Norley is a rare breed. She listens to everything I've noticed about my health, asks probing questions, and follows up on my status. I am so happy to have such an excellent primary care physician.

Dr.Julie Norley is thorough, professional, and empathetic. She is by far the best doctor I have had. Unfortunately I had to relocate to another state and I can no longer see Dr.Norley. I've seen a new doctor and she is nothing compared to Dr.Norley, I wish I could go back to Arizona just to have Dr. Norley as a doctor again. Her bedside manner is impeccable and her knowledge and expertise, thorough and ranging. If only more doctors were like her.
