Dr Reynolds is fabulous, top-grade over 15 years, who changed my life for good. I drive two hours round trip and count her as the best. Today, I met NP David, who was equally wonderful. He was good listener, level-minded and very smart on my diagnosis and meds. Yet, this visit manifest ups and downs. Receptionist (red hair) was full of frustration. I inquired 3 basic questions and she had no answers. I asked if she could check on my place in line with long wait to no avail. Nurse young..long dark hair was same employee on last 3 visits and in and out of room in less than 2 minutes. On recent primary visit, I had new meds for her to enter, yet she said 'let dr handle this.' Today, she asked my issue and I said 'chronic cough'. She then quickly left room not waiting for info on sore throat. In all, I waited 2 hours and 45 min for appt. I was in clinic 3 hours. New Nurse came by room before noon stating 'Urgent Care may not have same wait'. Overbooked and need more practitioners

DO NOT RECOMMEND
I saw her for the first time with complaints of cough, fever, etc. She came in the room and didn't even introduce herself. She did practically no exam and told her 'Nurse' to do a Covid and Strep test which were both negative. She didn't even talk to me or ask any questions; she just had her tech give me a 'breathing' treatment and didn't even ask if I could take this medicine (which I can't it makes my blood pressure too high). She left the room and never returned to talk to me. Extremely poor bedside manner, and it must have been her nurse's first day. No one explained anything to me about what she planned to do. I was told I could leave without any explanation. Then when I got home, I got a message from a pharmacy that she had ordered 5 medications (two of which I can't take)!! Now I get a bill from her for a copay because she filed my primary care visit as a specialist visit. She isn't a specialist!! She isn't even a good primary care physician. I definitely won't be back.

I don’t think I have ever had a doctor I so quickly trusted and believed to be truly dedicated to my wellbeing. I typically dread doctors appointments.

DR. Reynolds is great but her staff make you jump through hoops to get non narcotic medcation. as some one who suffers from PTSD I was out of medicine for 2 weeks because her staff couldnt get there act together. They were not getting the insurance company the information needed. im not sure the mans name that is I assume one of her medical asst. is the most condesending ,rude person that works in health care I have ever dealt with. he is refusing to writw my pregnant wife her anxiety medecine she is 8 months pregant and is on medication that is safe for the baby and is supposed to slowly taper it down. now she has been out of meds for 3 days that are not SAFE to stop abruptly. DR. Reynolds we love but we will be finding a new DR. due to her rude male staff member. I wouldnt recomend this clinic to anyone!

Dr. Stinson-Reynolds was okay. While I agree she has a good bed-side manner, I've left her office every time with no answers and feeling very lost about my health problems. She relies heavily on specialists to discuss causes, symptoms, and treatments for issues. She, nor her office, did a follow up with me after seeing said specialists either so I'm pretty much in the dark about everything still. I've called and left messages about prescriptions I needed and never got a response.

I am from a different state, and my co-worker recommended this practice. I was very cautious; however, Dr. Reynolds took the time to listen to me. She has wonderful bed-side manners; and she is willing to give you a plan of care that will help you with your journey to better health. I highly recommend her.
