Dr. Julie Taylor, MD

If I could give no stars I would have. She is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. Do not waste your time going to her. She was very rude and unprofessional. I am currently pregnant and had to see all the different doctors and she was a terrible suprise. She told me how fat I was (I haven't even gained 10 pounds and I am almost 33 weeks), she laughed at me for certain issues I was having and made me feel like a complete idiot and accused me of being a liar. I have never been so upset and heart broken after an appointment. She truly thinks very little of others and thinks she is very intelligent and better than you. I love the other doctors at Brookwood, but she is genuinely terrible. Just wanted to share my experience to save other women the heartache.

Have trusted her for years and delivered both my babies with her. She is extremely kind and listens to your concerns without judgment.

Dr. Taylor is hands down the best at what she does. I’ve been a patient for 15+ years. I feel very confident in knowing that God is using Dr. Taylor as a vessel.

I normally see Dr. Adcock but I am currently moving through the practice for my OB appointments. I met Dr. Taylor for the first time today and it was an amazing experience. She is super funny and her bedside manner immediately put me at ease. Really enjoyed meeting her today!

I was very happy with Dr. Taylor and her staff! She is a hoot! I was treated with respect and she was very thorough. I am pleased with my new doctor!

With the helping hands of God, Dr. Taylor saved my life after a rupturing ectopic pregnancy. She is amazing!

Annual visit

Dr. Taylor makes a yearly obgyn appointment so simple and easy. She is so sweet and takes her time to really talk with you.

Dr. Taylor is truly amazing. This was my first time going to an OBGYN and I was extremely nervous. Soon as she walked in, she came to shake my hand. I loved that! She was super sweet and nonjudgmental. She seems to really care and wants the best for her patients.

Dr. Taylor presents with confidence but not arrogance. She is friendly but not intrusive and I never feel judged. Dr. Taylor has consistently showed me with her actions that she is competent. When a person chooses you as their doctor they are choosing to trust you with their life and she seems aware of how big of a deal that is.

I’ve been seeing Dr Taylor for three years now. She’s a great doctor and I highly recommend her!

I am so grateful for her. I've had two babies under her care and she has been so helpful and attentive the whole way. First delivery went super smoothly, second delivery ended up in an emergency surgery. The c section went beautifully and I wouldn't have trusted anybody else. She's simply the best. Look no further for your ob, Dr tyalor is the best choice in Birmingham.

Everyone at the office was amazing. Dr. Taylor made me feel comfortable going to my first OBGYN appointment and made sure that I completely understood everything that she was explaining. She is an easy doctor to talk to and communicate with as well and you don't see many doctors like that. Her staff at Pell City were also very kind and helpful.

I have used Dr. Taylor for years and she has alway taken the time to listen to all of my concerns no matter how off the wall they are. I will recommend her to anyone who asks for a OBGYN. I had surgery with her not long ago, she took the time to sit down and explain everything she found and did during surgery to my mother while I was in recovery. Her staff is amazing, I have never had bad costumer service from anyone with OBGYN South.

Dr. Taylor is thorough in her exams, answers your questions, and asks follow ups. It is great having a caring, woman gynecologist.
