Walked Out
Called for an appointment & was given a time and date. Showed up for my appointment on time. Waited for over a half hour while others arriving later were escorted back to exam rooms. I allowed 1 hour from my work to for med check refill. Finally with about 10-15 minutes left, Dr casually strolls in. Told her I took off from work to which she replied I was free to go & wasn’t going to argue. No bill would follow. Explained the appointment was their rule for med refills; not mine & she had burned off at least 35 minutes with waiting room time. There are 10 doctors in this practice. She then tells me prescriptions wouldn’t be refilled without a proper exam & a doctors office doesn’t run on regular time. NOTE: Scheduling appointment's sure do though. I walked out & told her I’d get a different doctor, write the insurance company, and anyone affiliated with the practice. She was extremely apathetic to anyone’s schedule but her own. Will NEVER recommend this practice.

Dr. Wagner is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. She first treated my husband following an episode in the ER. Our two children and I now go to Dr. Wagner. She always takes the time to share background information and all options - along with any issues/benefits per option. She is nonjudgmental and kind. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Wagner in Mount Pleasant.
