Healthy patients get dropped
Dr. Wallace now with Pioneer Physicians has been the only Dr. I have had my adult life, I loved Dr. Wallace, they made sure I knew when she changed practices multiple times, but apparently loyalty means nothing and as I'm relatively a healthy individual and avoided Dr offices during covid times I have been listed as inactive and dropped, she is accepting no 'new' clients the office offered no other options, wow, disappointing. No one in my family will use this practice ever again !

Impressed
My regular dr was not available so I made an appointment with Dr Wallace. My appointment was at the end of what I’m sure was a long day for her and I was coughing on her throughout the entire visit. Yet she was patient, sympathetic, and personable. She even offered to get me a glass of water for my cough. She was attentive as she listened to me and didn’t make me feel rushed. She explained what medications she was prescribing and why. She exhibited all the great qualities you would want in your physician. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I saw Dr. Wallace twenty years ago as a teen and absolutely loved her. She was easy to confide in, treated me like an adult, allowed me to participate in my healthcare decisions and personable. My stubborn father has followed her for years and has complex medical problems ranging from diabetes to Afib. She has gone above and beyond to coordinate his care and collaborate with his other providers. I am relieved as a fellow healthcare provider that this is the physician in his corner.

I would recommend Dr. Wallace. She is very knowledgeable and has a unique way as a doctor that I was familiar with growing up. I had a pediatrician that would have been very hard to compare to other's, Dr, Krill Sr. he very well known in Akron, Ohio. There was no one like Dr. Krill. When you have the privilege of going to Dr. Wallace, she is made out of the same fabric as Dr. Krill. Hard to find, easy to spot when you are familiar with a good doctor. I am happy to find her after my internist Dr. Goswami retired, my new doctor has turned out to be a blessing, very thankful.

The first time I met Dr. Wallace I was impressed! She was willing to sit, listen to what was going on, and made sure the her exam was very thorough. She did tell me that she did NOT do pain management. that I'd have to go to a specialist who dealt with pain management to have those issues resolved. She's more than willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you're feeling your best!

She is a great doctor! The 3 one star reviews on here are all from the same day (come on what are the odds) and obviously from a drug seeking individual who didn't get what they wanted from her. Dr Wallace is wonderful and treats her patients with great respect. She takes her time and makes you feel like you matter to her. I find her very genuine in her care of me.

Dr Wallace is a wonderful doctor. She is sweet and kind and is willing to spend time talking to you and makes you feel valued as a person. She is never rude or belittling (which is more than I can say for Drs Colin and Kelly Moorhead) and is an overall great doctor. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor who treats you like a person and not just a number. She is making a living but doing so while making her patients feel like they are truly important to her.

What an incredibly bad experience. Combatitive and argumentative egotist whose fake smilies are as transparent as glass. Couldn't agree more with the other 1 star reviews.

Absolutely horrible. In my opinion, hucksters looking for skin-deep treatments (literally!) who embody the materialistic, greedy, intellectually limited, and self-serving modern doctor in this country.

From my experiences, this so-called Doctor is THE worst excuse for a practicing physician I have EVER seen. Plays police woman in checking up on controlled substances on new patients out of state (fair enough if not taken to extremes), denies chronic fatigue syndrome, doesn't believe adults need C2's for ADD contravening 3 psychiatrists I've seen, doesn't believe in benzos (contravening half a dozen or so specialists, etc etc. Has no problem taking your money though. Disgusting and disgraceful
