When you call the number, it gives you options and when you select any option the call ends with "good bye". I have also been able to get a vm message on the day the office is closed and I left a message and have not heard back as mentioned in the message. Disappointing.

I called on a Tuesday and left a message. The recoding said someone would get back to me by the end of the day, No one called so I called the next day. I was told to give all my info fax my results and a profile will be made for me. Then I was told a nurse would call me back in 24-72 hours to make an appointment. I called back and was told an appointment was made for me by a Darlene I never spoke to anyone; I asked if I could talk to someone the rep put me on hold for 15 mins said Darlene refused to get on the phone and will call me back. I never even spoke to Darlene so not sure how an appointment was made for me in June no less. The rep I spoke to even stated that this was not ok, and she don't blame me for canceling.
