He cares about the physical mental and even spiritual side of hesling

Doctor Navarro always listens to my concerns and then adapts the visit towards my issues. Very good at follow up and research.

Dr. Navarro is attentive, caring, informative and does not let you leave his office until he is comfortable that everything I came in to see him for was touched upon and addressed.

Dr Navarro cares about his patients unlike any other doctor I have seen. He understands my health and takes whatever time is necessary to complete my visit.

The time and scope of testing done as well as a thorough explanation of the results. Most providers don’t say anything unless there is something terribly wrong! The norm is no news is good news. It’s nice to get an in-depth analysis of my state of health!

Unfortunately he is no longer my doctor. One of the best doctors I have had . Moved so needed another doctor which I'm blessed to have. But I will always miss Dr Navarro

Only saw him once after my beloved PCP moved out of state. I was referred to him because he was located in the same office. He was "okay" I guess. Before I could see him again he started a concierge practice. I can't afford that kind of yearly fee and somehow doubt I would have any special service.

We love Dr. Navarro. He's been our physician for many years. He really cares about his patients and takes his time with the patient so you feel like you are important. He really cares for you. His knowledge is great and he is very responsive when you have an issue.

Excellent personel attending your needs in a professional environment.

You sit a very long time in the waiting room; 1 hour or more then another 20 min for the nurse practioner and they are lost and confused when you talk to them and they forget meds or give you the wrong meds. You can only see Dr Navarro if you pay a monthly fee. YOU CAN NEVER GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE!! The prescription line and front desk messages are a waste.

Excellent Doctor very professional, listens to you and what you think may be the problem and then does his exam to find his opinion. I’ve been going to him for years always helpful.

Always had a long wait in lobby. Saw Dr. Navarro monthly for a little over a year. I'm 73 years old with numerous issues, i.e. spinal stenosis, COPD, anemia, asthma, spondylosis, and lumbago with sciatica. Never once did he touch me or provide any kind of physical examination; order lab tests, blood work, EKGs, MRIs, etc.; order x-rays; ask me how I felt; or question why I was there. Once he asked me if I was feeling depressed, I said "No," and he entered it in my chart. (Apparently, required by Medicare.) He wrote my scripts and left the room.

Rude, immature and unprofessional front desk staff. I will not return and will not recommend this office. I had to wait 45 min to be seen by a nurse, I didn't even meet Navarro. I felt rushed and uneasy the whole visit.

Dr. Navarro takes the time to treat you like a person, not just his next task for the day. Moved out of the area and am having terrible time finding a doctor any where near as good as him. Miss you!
