Dr. Quinones saw me in the E.R. in 2017 after I was assaulted, the police were in and out of the room as I was waiting in to be seen. Dr. Quinones came in I told him where my injures were. He was in a hurry, he did not examine me (His examination was lifting up my shirt, where I had no injures) he did not listen to me or seem to care. He did not address any of my concerns or injury's. Or order any tests. I had to go home and suffer for 5 days until I was able to see my primary care physician. She then did what he should have done while I was in the E.R. x rays, medication for pain and swelling. The worst physician I have ever seen. I'm sure he is going to or already has caused someone's death or delayed treatment due to his extreme negligence and incompetence.

I had a terrible experience. I was admitted with symptoms of a stroke. He failed to identify it and said I was having a panic attack. He discharged me without performing an MRI. Next day, my symptoms worsened and I had to be taken to a different emergency room. There they confirmed the stroke after doing an MRI.
