Waited 4 hours
We waited four hours fir my 98 year old mother in law to be seen. There is no consideration for the pague whatsoever. DO NOT GI TI GHUS DOCTORS’ OFFICE.

He doesn’t really speak much to patients and doesn’t look one in the eye. A bit cold. Just spoke to an office staff and she was very rude. Unfortunately will be going back at least one more time because it’s a follow-up. The location is convenient for me and although we had to wait it was not much different than other Drs office. But kindness is more important to me and I’d rather wait an hour and have people be nice and understanding. This is the society we live in.

Do what you can to avoid this doctor. Seemed like a good doctor initially but encountered many rude interactions with staff and reception area. Dr cares more about making money than helping patients. Dr doesn't care about receptionists or call takers treat patients. Receptionist was rude to me and other clients. Does not have enough skills to be pleasant to patients or explain things properly.

He had me tested for sleep apnea. Took a month to get it done and it took another month and a half for the results. After all that, I was not provided with the proper mask. That is so unprofessional. The testing place was a joke. After all this I don't feel that my issue is sleep apnea, but Dr.Torres doesn't want hear what I'm telling him and offer any explanation to why it can't be something else. I'm off to a new doctor for a second opinion.

I would never go back to this doctor, he seems very out of it and crazy. The wort part of it all is that he charged me well over 500 dollars just for looking at my nose. Then after paying my bill kept harrasing me with other bills for procedures I never got done.
