Dr. Fang is AMAZING!! The staff leave quite a bit to be desired. I wish she would replace the staff that she has with some that have personalities and that arent afraid to do THEIR job!! Scheduling is nearly impossible at times and youre advised to go to urgent care. If I needed urgent care I would have gone there. I have a primary for a reason. For this reason I wish she had an email address for patients.

Doctor Fang has been my primary care for several years now, and she is great. She spends actual time with me every time I go in. She orders tests if she feels anything is off, and then when the results come in, she calls me herself ( rather than having her staff do it) so that if I have any questions they can be addressed right away. She is the best doctor I have had in years.

Office is only concerned with $$$$$$$. Patient care takes a HUGE BACK SEAT. Doctor is supposed to help you but is only concerned about getting the most money from you. Very, very, very disappointed.

Revenue before care. Rude staff, doctor extremely difficult to understand. Bullies patient with scare tactics. Doesn’t listen to patient’s concern, constantly pushing testing and referrals. Initiated a physical during follow up on ER visit for car wreck without consent. Strongly suspect double dipping on health/motor insurance.

I think Dr. Fang does a good job. She is somewhat difficult to understand, but you have to pay attention. She followed up when I had an ongoing issue and allows me to drive my own care path.

I agree with other reviews. Dollar signs before patients health. Staff is unfriendly, Doctor (agreed also difficult to understand) simply doesn’t respect patients. Cost before care- what a terrible thing.

I went to Dr. Fang on a friends recommendation. She is an excellent doctor who takes time to listen to you and follow up. I now take my family to see her.
