Terrible. Scheduled an appointment but never saw the doctor. We were examined by another staff member My husband showed them a place on his lip that was cancerous and was surgically removed but thought it had returned. They didn't even want to look at it. My husband has always had Basel cell skin cancer and they never found anything. Swore we would never go back. Went to a new doctor this year and they found that the place on my husbands lip is squamous cell carcinoma and he also had basal cell on his cheek. Shame on Dr. Germanas' staff and on Dr. Germanas for not even seeing my husband.

Appointment was easy to get, but the doctor had terrible manners. After a half hour wait, he was unwilling to answer my questions, and instead argued with me over whether I pay for my insurance or my employer pays for my insurance. I'm still not sure how the difference was at all relevant to my visit. He displayed a shameful lack of professionalism. I guess that's why it was easy to get an appointment.

I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone, even my worst enemy. Quite honestly, I wish there was a way to select 0 stars. The staff is always rude & unprofessional. The bedside manner is awful. He has no idea what he is doing, his answer to everything is prescribed steroids. My mother's skin was destroyed by this practice. 1.5years later and she is still dealing with the aftermath, sending her into a deep depression. Out of room for review--

Good "bed-side" manner. Gave me a full half-hour on my initial appointment. Listened to what I had to say. Treated my issues. Did not make me feel like he was rushing our time to go to the next patient. Very pleased.

Dr. Germanas is very professional and takes the time to explain what he is doing why he is doing it. I am prone to skin cancer and he is very aggressive in treating and removing suspicious moles. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes so office visits are always timely and I am on my way.

I will NEVER go to Dr. Germanas again. I went in for an appointment and found out I had been charged a NO SHOW fee of $25 of which I had canceled by phone message months before.I had an infection under my chin and they wouldn't fit me in.I had to wait.I decided to go to my doctor and cancel with Germanas. Guess no one listens to their messages! Then I found out my co-pay was $60.I couldn't afford it. I had to leave and again they charged me a $25 NO SHOW even though I showed up.He lost 8 people!
