He kept me on the same med for a year after I told him multiple times that I didn't feel like it was working and then once he had me switch to another med he kept me on both for 6 weeks which is very dangerous and can cause serotonin syndrome which can be fatal

Doesn't listen or care what you have to say. Just wants to write a prescription and send you away. Too busy checking email to care about what you're telling him.
