A the end of our meeting, we agreed that my situation might be the result of a Sinus problem, but he gave me 2 options to pursue if that was not the problem.I felt much better after our meeting and would recommend him as a very capable and understanding Physician.

He was a very good listener and helpful. I actually was referred to neurology by mistake, but Dr. Marcus nevertheless was extremely nice about answering my questions about two neurology issues that I do have and gave me the standard neurology test. I really appreciated this because another doctor might have just said you are in the wrong place and that would be it.

Dr. Marcus responded carefully and clearly to my concerns. He performed a number of tests in the office and explained his conclusions with a positive and reassuring manner.

Did not even examine me. Rude and unprofessional. Dismissive of other doctors treatment. No compassion. Will not return.

I saw Dr. Marcus on April 25, 2023. I was running late, train delayed, called the office. I got there 40 mins late. I waited two hours and a half. The receptionist told me, the dr would see me after he saw all patients. I told them they should have said that when I called. I asked him for the copay money. When I was walking down the hallway the recep called me that he would see me. When I walked in, he asked me if I was there for a second opinion. I asked him if he looked at my Recs, he said, yes but he was just looking at them when I walked in. I told him, he needed to do an assessment. He checked my vitals in a hurry. Told me to see my previous neurologist at Weill Cornell and walked out of the room. I wasted my time and money seeing him. He didn’t asked me any questions. He is rude and unprofessional.

Dr Marcus was very dismissive, condescending, and rude. I’m shocked he’s employed at Weil, absolutely did not help at all and wasted my time, I implore you to find a real doctor if you’re looking for care

Dr. Marcus is a dedicated, caring and thoughtful professional. Not only did he alleviate all my concerns during my visit, but he took my number and followed up with me several times, recommended a wonderful surgeon and consulted with other doctors to give me advice on my condition completely independent of me. He's the best of the best. This kind of medical care cannot be bought.

Dr Marcus is very rude and condescending. He spoke down to me on several occasions, and assumes patients have no understanding of what constitutes descent medical care, and what is or is not poor service. I implore prospective patients to not waste your time and seek other options.
