I was at Mirza orthopedics today for a wrist tendon problem. Saw a PA named Thomas. From the beginning of the visit I was frustrated with the way I was treated. He conducted my intake in the waiting room not in a private office. After x rays, he gave me a steroid shot . It was extremely painful. Now two hours later I’m still in pain. Never again will I go to this practice. The staff was very nice and professional though.

Dr.Justin Mirza is a well respected and knowledgeable experienced surgeon. He uses his expertise to improve the patient’s health care and his office staff is friendly and professional.

After a fall yesterday, I suffered a laceration on my right wrist. It was bleeding quite profusely, so my granddaughter took me to CityMD. P.A. Erin was concerned about the tendon exposed by the cut, so she wrapped it up and sent me to Dr. Mirza. After examining my wrist, he scheduled me for surgery today to flush the wound (I fell outside and had some plant debris inside the cut), examine the tendon and stitch the laceration up.Dr. Mirza is friendly and inspired confidence in me. I would recommend him highly!

I was involved in car accident July 2023. I had torn meniscus both knees. I went to physical therapy for 5 months avoiding surgery. Dr. Justin Mirza is my ANGEL!! I was afraid and nervous about Surgery. He put me at eased with all my concerns and worries. I had surgery in January and February 2024. He is a very experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate Doctor. I am pain free, recover full mobility and performing all my daily activies thanks to him. I feel like' Wonder Woman' although he mentioned to me 'slow and steady'. I highly recommend Dr. Justin Mirza 100%

Dr. Mirza is very smart. He has book knowledge AND and intuition! He's also a nice man who focuses on his patients.

Dr. Justin Mirza performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right wrist a few years ago. I came to his office in an emergency situation in that my wrist was extremely painful and tingling. I couldn’t function at this point. Dr. Mirza got me into surgery right away and I’ve been pain free since. He is not only a very competent surgeon but also has a warm and compassionate demeanor. I would highly recommend him.

Dr.Mirza did my operation on both my hands. He is an outstanding doctor I cannot say anything badabout him or hisPA. His physical therapy department is outstanding especially Pat Meyer . If it wasn’t for her I don’t know what I would do. The girls in the front office when you first come in they also are extremely friendly helpful with everything. I can’t say anything bad about Dr.Mirza‘s office on a scale of 1 to 10 Dr.Mirza is a 20. My name is Kevin Flatley and I always speak the truth. Saw Dr. Mirza only 3 times during the 6 month course of my care: the initial consult, the visit after my MRI when I was told I needed rotator cuff repair, and the day of surgery. All other follow up done by his PA who basically just read reports from my physical therapist. I was told by Dr. Mirza I would be "fine" to go on a trip 6 weeks after my surgery which was totally untrue. I was in a sling for almost 5 weeks and unable to use my arm for another 6 weeks after. Pre surgery teaching about what to expect after surgery nonexistent. Should have gone to HSS.

Dr. Mirza did my meniscus surgery two weeks ago and I’m already feeling 100% back to normal. I went for my first PT appointment yesterday and was told my knee is very strong and I should be done with PT in less than a month. I had my other knee done by a different doctor 3yrs ago and the difference is night and day. Dr. Mirza is also very easy to talk to and genuinely cares. Highly recommend.

My wife went to see Dr.Mirza for a suspected ganglion cyst in her left wrist. 1st red flag was when the Dr. came in and introduced himself. He looked like an unmade bed and was wearing his mask below his nose. The 2nd red flag was when the MRI he prescribed was for the wrong wrist. The radiologist had to call his office to get clarification and a new prescription. The final straw was that he never called to discuss the results of the MRI. At that point my wife found a new Dr., had the MRI results sent to him, and had successful surgery to remove the cyst. I would advise anyone considering working with Dr. Mirza to be very careful.

I had a 3 pm appointment. I sat in his waiting room with 8 other people (without being 6th feet apart) unable to breathe because of our masks and being hot. I then had the pleasure of seeing a physician’s assistant. When I complained, I was told I was ‘lucky’ to have been ‘squeezed in’. They could have allowed me to sit in my car or call me to come later. All of the other people in the waiting room were 70+ and to put their health at risk was unacceptable.

Dr. Justin Mirza is a great Doctor. I have referred many patients to him and have always had great outcomes. Dr. Justin Mirza has great bedside manner and his staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend him.

Wonderful doctor who takes time with his patients. The entire office staff is so kind, caring and helpful.

Dr. Mirza is not only knowledgeable, he is compassionate and empathetic. He has performed surgery on me twice (the first surgery of my life being last year at 50 years old) and he talked me through the whole procedure and made me so comfortable. If I had to have surgery, I am thankful that I was referred to Dr. Justin. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Dr, Justin Mirza is hands down, once of the very best doctors my husband and I encountered. After two stumped doctors, unsure how to proceed, we visited doctor Mirza. Within a few weeks my husbands entrapped nerve was repaired and he is finally back to his old self. I can't put into words how wonderful he was from his vast knowledge in his field to his bedside manner and everything in between. Thank you Dr. Mirza!!!

Dr Justin Mirza is an awesome doctor! Takes time to explain in detail. Very understanding, compassionate and smart. Easily accessible at any hour, not msny doctors are. His staff is very nice, AND gets you in right away if emergency. Judy was a pleasure to help scheduling my surgery. He's the best hand surgeon around !

Dr Justin Mirza is a wonderful and caring Doctor. He answered all of my questions and made me very comfortable. Im a painting contractor who works with his hands . For many mouths I was having pain in my right hand and elbow. I was very nervous about having surgury, Dr Mirza explained the procedure to me in detail.
