Dr. Reeves and his staff are very concerned about my care and getting my surgery done as soon as possible. They are very caring and courteous. If I have any questions they are great at making sure I get the answers I need. They usually return my call the same day or early the following day.

Dr Reeves was very informative about my condition and my options. It's reassuring to have a doctor that cares about a person's well-being, as opposed to some doctors who just go through the process. I believe Dr Reeves is a doctor who cares.

Dr. Justin Reeves was the surgeon in attendance during my TAVR procedure at the Heart Institute in Spokane, WA. He was informative before the procedure, delightful & supportive on the day of the procedure-and I appreciated his combination of compassion & humor. Delightful doctor to have on the team during my aortic heart valve replacement.

Dr Reeves and his nurses made my visit outstanding. My concern was for a final opinion regarding open heart surgery VS robotic surgery to solve 4 problems with my heart. Dr Reeves answers were informed and experienced considerations on my actual needs based upon 2 years of tests/procedures that my heart has been subjected too. Dr Reeves explanations were uplifting and they actually lowered my blood-pressure in that meeting. Thank you Dr. Reeves !!!
