Amazing doctor, the best. He gave me back my life and got me out of bed and working again and even dating. Since he left there has been a dramatic change in my quality of life. The doctors I've tried to see don't listen, include me in my own health and care, talk down to me and I walked out in tears. If anyone knows where he is let us know. I'll move there to get back a somewhat normal life.

Dr. Terrell takes the time to listen. Often he will have an insightful possible diagnosis or treatment in mind (starting with natural cures we can do ourselves, in my experience); if he does not have an answer, he will look up answers and share the results with you. He then explains his thoughts in detail - with illustrations if needed - until you understand what he is describing. He appreciates any information you share with him, about your past experiences with illnesses or treatments, and about what you are doing to try to heal yourself. He is ME/CFS literate - the only doctor in Columbia who has the patience to treat this multi-systemic disease.

Dr. Terrell is AMAZING! The ONLY negative is that he is so good, it is getting a little bit harder to get in to see him. He takes his time. He really talks to you on a personal level and gets to know what you need. He knows the prescription drugs inside and out so he has good information off the top of his head as to what might be helpful. He accepts suggestions from his patients, so you may play an active part in your care. He is extremely thorough and knows his stuff! I feel like I've made a good friend. He's a cool guy.

Feel very lucky to have found Dr. Terrell. It's difficult to find doctors, esp in this area, who will treat patients for wt. loss and do it with respect. I've even had nurses come to the phone, hear what I needed, and say (as if I was asking for heroin!)"Oh, we don't give out diet pills!" On the other hand, Dr. Terrell was cheerful, friendly, did not talk down to me, and helped when pharmacies gave me the wrong meds, saying"Oh, they're all the same." He's my regular dr now. Highly recommend.

Dr. Terrell is the most caring physician I've ever met. He is truly compassionate and takes time to get to know his patients and their concerns in addition to clearly explaining prescribed treatment. One usually doesn't find this level of compassion and excellent bedside manner in MDs (common among FNPs), so if you're searching for a primary, I highly recommend Dr. Terrell.

At first he was helpful but as visits continued he just wanted to pass me off onto another doctor. He would not refill scripts and would not give me reason as to why. If you have any kind of cronic illnesses then do not use this doctor.

Dr. Terrell likes to hit on his female patients. I felt comfortable with him, I told him things I was going through and I feel like he used that to his advantage. I know of two other female patients he was inappropriate with

Routine preventative physical was charged fees that did not expect. He has an assistant who's job is to code EVERY single aspect she possibly can during a conversation to MAXIMIZE billing. For example, I mentioned an infection and it was coded. He didn't look at the infection. He didn't treat the infection. He just listened to me tell him I had an infection that was being treated.

I have hypothyroidism (frequent visits), and have been around 2 or 3 years now. He has been very easy to talk with and patient. During one appointment he was explain something that I couldn't frasp, so he found more information, pulled it up on the computer to insure I understood what the issue was, how he was treating it and I felt great about it! I feel like with 5 more years of experience he will be a PERFECT family doctor!
