From the initial evaluation through successful surgery, Dr. Than thoroughly discussed his options and recommendations in details with an exceptional bedside manner . Dr. Than spent time following through with answering and clarifying questions. Post surgery follow-up office visits have been informative with x-ray reviews and continued recovery progress expectations.Dr. Than is a highly skilled surgeon and I continue to recommend him.

Dr. Than did a full hip replacement and I just had my 6 month check up and everything is great! It all started almost a year ago when I first saw Dr Than. He stated I needed to lose at least 20 pounds before he could do surgery to prevent any kind of infection. So that’s what I did! Had surgery in July 2024. Almost a year later I’ve lost 40 pounds feel great and my hip is doing phenomenal! Thanks Dr Than!

The protocols he takes in the beginning helped me for a successful surgery and recovery !! I thought I had pulled a groin muscle when X-rays showed I had bone on bone in my hip joint - I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk. He worked with me and even got me an early opening for surgery! I’m almost 5 mos out and with daily exercise my movement has been painless ! I was even able to take a trip to Switzerland not long after surgery! Would recommend his care and treatment !

Dr. Than and his team did an awesome job with my knee replacement surgery. My incision looked and healed great. Th pain level during recovery was no higher than a five. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and level of care before and after.
