Staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. This doctor has caused me serious harm physically and financially. I was seen by her twice, once for a cold, and once for followup. In both cases, she was not in the office at the time of my appointment, and I was not seen for at least 1 hour after my appointment time. She prescribed the wrong medication, and too long a dose, causing me to be hospitalized for nearly 2 weeks. It has left me disfigured and with Thousands of dollars in medical bills.

the staff was very nice. my experience with Dr. Puram was not good. i will not go back to her and will not recommend her to anyone.
